They did a wonderful job installing the air conditioner in our home at the beginning of the summer. So happy we got it when we did because it has been hot. Thanks for all the help.

As good as it gets :) ! My Heater stopped working ON A SUNDAY, and a neighbor recommended them, having just had a recently positive experience. I called and they arrived within the hour! The tech Jose was quick, and fixed my AC within minutes. I was really impressed by the service. Afterwards, I asked to be emailed a service receipt, and Andrew was kind enough to send it to me the same day! I highly recommend this business.

They have always been prompt and professional anytime we need them. Our AC was on its last legs and went out completely on Thursday. Eric the tech came out and did an emergency fix that got us through the night. The next morning Eric and his crew were there to install our new unit. The crew was courteous and professional.

I have used them a few times and the problem has been solved expediently and with the utmost sense of professionalism. My most recent work with them, I was beyond impressed. Before doing any work, the tech communicated the problem, described the solutions available, and kept me updated on progress. I have been beyond pleased with all of my transactions with them.

The service has been wonderful! I called at 2pm for an AC emergency I was having during this crazy heat advisory and they had someone come out the same day!! The tech was very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services!

We were pleasantly surprised at the overall estimated price as we were expecting it to be much higher. In addition to the central air install, we also had to upgrade the electricity panel. The whole thing was finished in one day, and to our satisfaction. the goal was to wake up to cool air, and it was a success. All employees were polite, and concerned with helping us. This is the best heating and air company in the area. The were prompt and professional in every way. I tried several other companies with varied not so good results. Trying to get a quote without having to pay an upfront fee was almost impossible, but not with Pacific Air. They scheduled me quickly, answered all my questions and were instrumental in helping me get the replacement unit financed.

Very personable organized and well-equipped company. Preferred customer is the way to go. Had to call for emergency service late in the evening. The guy said he'd be there in an hour and was there in an hour. They did a great job. I would definitely call them again.

The tech who came out and repaired my furnace/heat pump was great. He was very good at his work and a pleasure to know. I really appreciate his work done with Pacific Air Conditioning repair. He was prompt and courteous.

Excellent work they came out to repair my air conditioner in the middle of a heat wave. Jose came out diagnosed the issue and found a bad compressor, my air conditioner was only 8 years old. Not installed by them, at first i thought the price was a little high but after shopping around their price started to seem very reasonable.

My ac was not working and my handyman said it was compressor, I found pacific and spoke to Jose who said he was on a job and could be out later that day, he came out and said it was a thermostat which was fixed quick. Charged me a simple service call, charged me less because I was local as well thanks guys

Its all good with these guys! jose did a job fixing our heater and does regular maintenance on our unit. we had to replace a circuit board which cost my friend tons more than me.

Pacific Coast has serviced our shop 3-4 times in less then 1 year. Their rates are competitive and they let you know only what needs to be fixed and will give recommendations on any additional work that might be needed. We have had them fix our AC unit, replace filters, and just recently had them install a carbon filter inside. Top notch work gentlemen.
